1/4 cup water
3 tablespoons vinegar
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 -3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
Directions:
1- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together.2- Use this to marinade brisket, steak, chicken, or other meats.
3- Can be used with a large pork butt or shoulder in a slow cooker on low for 8-10 hours, shredded with forks, and served on rolls with coleslaw on top.
